Consultancy Experience
Sylvie joined Rohde Public Policy in Berlin in 2009. Sylvie’s interdisciplinary studies and her employment experience with the private and public sector provide her with a valuable understanding of the different stakeholders and the interaction of political and industrial developments.
Previously working at a management consulting firm enabled Sylvie to develop strong project management skills. Her responsibilities included the analysis of business segments, markets and competitors and the development of new business models in collaboration with the client.
Prior to that, she worked in the corporate controlling division of an internationally operating group, where she was responsible for liaising between executives from the holding company and its subsidiaries as well as the monthly performance reporting.
